Unethical practice

People use unethical practices because they are lazy, not sure what to do, and don't want to do anything. The plagiarism example that should have been let off  is the one with the boy that copied notes off of somebody that let them. It should have been let off because the girl didn't do anything terribly wrong. The students will have the record of them plagiarize on their record, therefor nobody will want to hire them and have them attend them.  The plagiarizing offense at the school I want to go to is immediate expulsion from school and it gets put on their permanent records.
